Before You Apply
Basic Submittal Requirements
- Completed application
- Contractor proposal
- Required contractor licenses
- Construction plans, specs, or product sheets
- Plat of Survey (for exterior work)
- HOA/Property approval (if applicable)
Missing items may delay processing.
After You Apply
- We’ll review your application and contact you if more information is needed
- You’ll receive emails for plan review results, revisions, and payment instructions
- After payment is processed, your permit card will be emailed
- You must post the permit card before starting work
